You may have to conduct your own research on what the third parties collect and use and their personal methods of transfers as they change however as it stands we only operate with third parties from competent countries that are approved by wix & further to steam in adequacy decision making.

Wix transfers its data to its servers and uses necessary sub processors through standard contractual clauses & countries with adequacy decisions such as Israel where the company is based.

This is to protect us from litigation & legal disputes and other proceedings. Depending on the nature of the issue we may delete data where it is relevant under law. For example contractual dispute emails may be kept on record for 6 years as per the statute on bringing claims against contract.

Steam: As we use steam for publishing our games publicly we may also take certain information on a limited basis such as the regions of where individuals are making purchases, operating systems, please read steams website for information on how they process your data and what data we may further have access to at: https://store.steampowered.com/privacy_agreement/ and this is further held for the amount of time as steam allows which may be subject to change in line with their policy however this data is usually non-personal and non-specific to individuals.
